40th St beach (across from Convention Center)
*If too cold or raining, held inside the Princess Royale atrium, 91st St
Free Parking available on beach blocks
*Please sign up using our booking page. Mats reserved for show attendees first, so please bring your own or a beach towel.

(as with any yoga class, take at your own pace)

SHOW ATTENDEES: ALL classes are complimentary, but Please sign up in advance so that we can send you instruction if location changes and know how many mats to bring.

PLEASE: DRESS IN WARM STRETCHABLE LAYERS FOR THE WEATHER AND BRING: yoga mat (if you have one), large beach towel or small blanket(for cushioning and warmth at end), sunglasses, and some water for practice. ​

MEET UP SPOT: Sessions on the beach- meet us right on the beach, 40th St.
*If cold or rainy weather- we will meet inside the
Princess Royale's atrium overlooking the beach.
Park on 91st St, from hotel entrance, take elevator to left of lobby up to the 2nd floor. Turn left and go through the door to "Pool Atrium". We meet all the way back by the large glass windows overlooking the beach.
